It is a four hour intensive workshop which helps guide entertainers to take the appropriate starting steps to their unique career or other entertainment careers. Often overlooked, this is a valuable step to entering a 'very difficult to navigate' industry. Taught by Xen Sams or other accomplished industry professionals, this workshop concisely lays out a path for starting one's career , prompting you to essentially act as your own agent and getting a strong handle on the path your career takes.
